Sir Gangsta. T reaches #1 on the Get Money Stop Hating Tour with his original recording " I'm Gone Get That" prod. by K.E On The Track and on goes on to win a spot to perform on tour at the A3C festival in Atlanta, GA.

Hartless turns two bedroom apartment into its headquarters, serving as studio by day and office by night. To record such artists as BE LOVE, 7MILE BEEZZY, C GWOP, MAXX, TRUE LEE, SHE RULE, BORN TO LOSE BUILT TO WIN, and SIR GANGSTA. T. They stack the dining table with a small studio set and turned the closet into a sound proof recording booth.

Khalid a graphic designer from Pakistan was hired by Hartless, where he begins to work the label's art division and create the label's entry covers into the new LP business, with a focus on quality cover art.

Sir Gangsta. T meets engineer 6so and producer Jon Boi at Studio 17 on East 7 mile. Impressed by the talented technician's dedication and the producer's Detroit sound, he hired 6so as Hartless' main engineer and received production from Jon Boi to create original sound recording by the label.

The label sign its first 5 recording artists, Be Love, True Lee, 7mile Beezzy, Maxx, Born to Lose Built to Win.
